Charles & Teresa Hutton, Auctioneers
Hutton Auctions, LLC is owned and operated by Auctioneers, Charles and
Teresa Hutton, who have been residents of Cadiz, Ohio for more than 30
years. We are the parents of two grown children, Rana Sperlazza and Chad
Hutton, and grandparents of Cole Sperlazza, our 4-year-old grandson. We
graduated from the Walton School of Auctioneering, Medina, Ohio, and are
licensed auctioneers through the Ohio Department of Agriculture and West
Virginia Department of Agriculture, and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio
and West Virginia. Teresa is also an Ohio Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent
in association with Homeland Realty, Inc., Cadiz, able to assist clients in the
selling, purchasing and auctioning of real estate (residential and land).
We believe that true success of any business should not depend on the
dollars generated but, rather, being honest and forthright in all dealings;
putting our client's best interest first. This is a pledge we make to all of our
clients.
