Charlie & Terri Hutton, Auctioneers
Hutton Auctions, LLC is owned and operated by Auctioneers,
Charles (Charlie) and Teresa (Terri) Hutton, who have been
residents of Cadiz, Ohio for more than 30 years. We are the
blessed parents of two grown children, Rana (Hutton) Sperlazza
and Chad Hutton, and blessed grandparents of Cole Sperlazza,
our 5-year-old grandson. We graduated from the Walton School
of Auctioneering, Medina, Ohio, and are licensed auctioneers
through the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture and State
of West Virginia Department of Agriculture, and bonded in favor
of the State of Ohio and West Virginia.
Terri is also an Ohio Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in
association with Homeland Realty, Inc., Cadiz, able to assist
clients in the selling, purchasing and auctioning of real estate
(residential and land). Terri has also received certification
through the National Auctioneers Association as a Certified
Estate Specialist.
